A Female Voice

Good thing my partner would never cheat--
b/c I just tried to reach him at work
when no one is supposedly there but him.

He never answered his cell,
so when I called his office,
a female voice answered.
She directed me to his voice mail.

Good thing I don't think it's strange
that his boss told him this morning
that he didn't need to report
for the rest of the week
(w/o using vacation time), no one is in today,
but but my partner went in this afternoon.
Anyway.
B/c no one would be there.
And he could get lots of work done.
