300: Letgo My Igor
Warning: Spoilers
Watched 300 last night.
It's all about the red.
Beautiful contrast.
Implicitly, the film seems
to be all about the ever-ongoing
abortion debate.
Don't you think?
[Not to tease--but just to get that
thought down for later.]

Blushing?! What about my rage
against society?
I feel your pain...go ahead and rage. Lillee
Sorry for the comment on an old post. I know how you feel about that.
I loved "300". I'm not sure if I agree that it was an abortion debate, although I think others would agree with you more than me.
I thought that the philosophy behind it was objectivist, maybe. The strong deserve to be the winners because they are the strongest...Don't bother to keep the weak in the fold. If they fall behind and fail, it is their own fault, and the strong shouldn't sacrifice their own progress to help the weak.
That type of thinking backfired for the Spartans in this movie. Maybe if the King of Sparta had been more inclusive, he wouldn't have been betrayed.
I always say too much.
Paula! Whaere have you been?!?

Oh, I'm around, but I'm laying low. I'm still blogging a very little, but not commenting anywhere. I know people get mad when they you theirs, but you don't show them yours!
(Eh, couldn't resist.)
