Has it really been 10 weeks?
My own cycles are starting to feel
ever more pronounced. Piecing
out my life in quarters.
What to do today?
Anything . . . but sleep.

When you said 'cycles' my mind immediately jumped to menstruation.
So the line about quarters (as in 25c pieces) make me blinked confusedly.
