Some Stats for Class Next Week
My Campus:
2002 saw 42 reported "Forcible Rapes"
2003 saw 39 reported "Forcible Rapes"
2004 saw 25 reported "Forcible Rapes"
The number is decreasing, but what does that mean?
Fewer incidences?
Are women reporting?
More info on the 10/12 WS100 RIOT will come--
just probably in pieces as I try to figure out WTF happened.

Maybe the police can't spell forcible anymore and have started using another word which is skewing the statistics..
